Given the recent release of Max 6, we'd like to let you know that we are in the process of redesigning and restructuring the PM5 interactive course in order to support the exciting new features (quite a few, indeed) this upgrade brings to Max users.

Although PM5 can still be opened with Max 6 (or Max 6 Runtime), there are a few glitches and bugs (mostly visual) that need to be repaired and therefore we don't recommend you to work with PM5 in the Max 6 environment. The upcoming release of the "Programming Max" course will handle all these issues and will add a number of new interface features and improvements. At the moment we don't have a precise release date but we are working hard to make it available as soon as possible.

This new revision of PM5 Unit 1 brings improved quality to the introductory videos plus 1280 x 1024 video size (for full-screen viewing outside PM5 interface) and minor structural improvements; this is a recommended update for all PM5 U1 users.
